Basics of Super Visa Insurance

Deductible:

The amount you pay for covered health care services before your insurance plan starts to pay. With a $1,000 deductible, for example, you pay the first $1,000 of covered services yourself. After you pay your deductible, you usually pay only a copayment or coinsurance for covered services.

No Preexisting health Conditions:

Any sickness, injury or medical condition (other than a minor ailment) that existed prior to the effective date. THIS POLICY DOES NOT COVER PREEXISTING HEALTH CONDITIONS.

Stable Preexisting health conditions:

The term ‘stable’ may require the following in relation to a pre-existing medical condition: No new diagnosis, treatment or prescribed medication. No change in treatment or medication, including the amount taken or frequency. No new symptoms or more frequent or severe symptoms. No test results showing deterioration
